Terms Information Sofilia Hoilday Apartments in Sunny Paphos Cyrpus
BOOKING TERMS
No smoking permitted within apartment (balcony OK).
Guests to replace any breakages, with matching items of the same quality.
Guest to comply with the community rules, regulations.
Confirm availability of apartment before booking flights, provisional apartment booking will be held 
for 1 week to allow flights to be booked and deposit to be sent.
Booking only accepted/secure on receipt of deposit and clearance of cheque.
Please note that a non refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking and full payment is required 8 weeks before departure along with a refundable breakages deposit of £150 (excess on insurance). non payment of balance will cancel booking and the deposit will be forfeited.
Terms of Cancellation
6- 8 weeks before arrival date – 50% of rental refund
4 weeks before arrival date – 25%
1- 2 weeks before arrival date – 10 %
PAYMENT There are two ways of paying for the apartment;
Option 1; Cheque payable to Mark Bygrave. When it has cleared you will receive a receipt to confirm your booking. We will allow 10 days to receive the deposit and for it to clear before the booking becomes void. Full payment needs to be received & cleared 8 weeks before your holiday. If your holiday is sooner then full payment will be required within 10 days.
Option 2; Using the set procedure on the calendar page which will give you the opportunity of paying with your card, unfortunately with this option there will be a £15 booking fee that the company we use charge our guests.(to avoid this fee please choose option 1)
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE;
Arrival time at the apartment 3.00pm ; Departure time 10:00am (May be able to vary time depending on later bookings on the day, this will be arranged nearer the time).
KEYS can be collected from King Odysseus Bar on arrival or from the key safe at the apartment. Key code will be provided close to your arrival date and will be changed on your departure.
